Loyal-customer access is application-based. Korvex reviews the business application before sending a secure invitation and activating portal access.

Approval Flow

Application first. Account activation only after approval.

Applicants do not choose a password or receive active portal access before Korvex completes the review and invitation process.

    Submit an application

    Provide the applicant, company, requested services, and reason for requesting loyal-customer access.

  2. 02

    Admin review

    Korvex reviews the application and may request more information, reject it, or approve it.

  3. 03

    Express setup

    When approved, Korvex configures Express eligibility and the customer-specific internal pricing rule.

  4. 04

    Secure invitation

    The approved applicant receives a secure, single-use invitation. No active portal account is granted at application submission.

  5. 05

    Verify and create a password

    The customer verifies the approved email address and creates a password through the invitation flow.

  6. 06

    Active portal access

    The account becomes active and the customer may use the features approved for the account.

Standard Service Requests

Express Quotations

Eligible active customers may request DHL-connected Express quotations and see only the final Korvex customer price.

Wallet & Ledger History

View the available wallet balance and permanent customer-visible credit and quotation-debit history.

Express & Wallet

Express quotation issuance is connected to the customer wallet.

Korvex receives wallet funding outside the platform and an authorised admin records confirmed funds. Customers cannot top up online through the version-one platform.

When an eligible customer requests an Express quotation, the final Korvex amount is compared with the available balance. A successful quotation deducts the full final amount and stores the linked transaction in wallet history. Insufficient balance produces no debit and no successful quotation.
